My name is Anita Bailey and I am a LPC in the state of Virginia. I have a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have 13 years of diverse experience in working with children,  individuals and families in several settings including the local Community Services Board,  Intensive Home settings and now Private practice.  I am passionate about working with individuals, children and families that are ready to be empowered and inspired towards their change.

My goal is to help you improve your mental and emotional health so you can function at your very best. I utilize a Holistic Person-centered approach to provide quality, compassionate, culturally sensitive and evidence-based mental health care.

Some of my specialties include a Solution Focused, Strength Based and a Play therapy approach which  offers healing to the effects of trauma and loss, anxiety and depression, behavior modification and managing social and academic difficulties.
