STRICTLY VIRTUAL/ TELEHEALTH POSITION

IMMEDIATE HIRE

Heart and Soul-Child and Family Services is growing! We are currently looking for Licensed Professional Counselors and Social Workers that  are licensed to practice in the state of  Virginia and have a heart for working with children and families. Experience with children will be preferred. 

About the position: This is a 1099 Contract position and does not include benefits. You will have a flexible work schedule and you make up your own hours. There are also opportunities to work evenings and weekends if desired.

It will start as a part-time position (while candidates are getting paneled to get in network with private insurances) with the opportunity to grow into a full time position. You must be able to quickly learn new computer programs and have a laptop/PC to complete client Progress notes. Will discuss EHR documentation software, policies and procedures during orientation.

Experience:

**Applicants with experience working with children in counseling settings will be strongly considered.

Previous experience in mental health counseling with working with children and families, couples,teens and adults.If provisionally licensed, you must have internship experience working with children.

Trained/educated in the use of evidence-based model(s).

3-5 years clinical experience preferred for professionals and 1-2 years for Residents

Recent graduates will be considered as long as they have their provisional license from the state of Virginia

Therapists that are currently in-network with private and/or public insurance panels will be given preference.

Salary and Benefits:

Financial compensation is a revenue split from insurance reimbursement or fee split from session payments

Marketing support provided with continued flow of internal and external referrals.

Administrative services, including initial scheduling, billing, and electronic medical records is already offered

Case consultation and other support available

Clinical supervision  must be offered off site
